How's this diet for keto? help
6:30 - 1 scoop protein / 2 tbsp flax meal (4.5g fat per tbsp)
9:00 - 1 tuna, 1tbsp mayo, 1 slice cheese, 1 yolk and 2 egg whites
11:30 - 1 scoop protein, 2 tbsp flax meal, 1tbsp olive oil
12 Workout ********************* (5 Xa week - Maxot style)
1:00 Post workout meal (30g protein wid 30g dextrose)
1:30 - 1/2 can tuna, 1/2 tbsp mayo, 1/2 slice cheese, 1/4 cup of rice
2:30 - 1 scoop protein
5:30 - 1/2 can tuna, 1/2 tbsp mayo, 1/2 slice cheese, 1/4 cup of rice
7:00 -1 yolk & 2 egg whites
7:30 Cardio ********************* (kickboxing) 20-30 mins (4-5x a week)
9:00 1 scoop protein & 25 g of dextrose
11:00 1 scoop protein wid 2tbsp flax meal, 1 tbsp olive oil
I wonder if this diet is ok for keto? plan to carb up only every 2 weeks....
