carb up every 2 weeks?

Is it perfectly OK to carb up every 2 weeks to lose more fats?

You don't really carb up to loose fat, you do so to replace the glycogens, and replinish your muscles for your workouts... It's ok to carb up every week, or even every two weeks... I only do one MEAL a week myself... Just remember to start slow... Start with a 1 meal every 2 week carbup then move to 1 meal a week, then maybe a half day carbup every week... Make sure you've given your body enough time (say maybe 4 or 5 weeks) on the diet before you start your carb ups... Make sure you completely deplete all the carbs and glycogens in your system so that your body has a chance to burn in ketosis a bit before replinishing.

Ok ill start with just 1 carb meal every 2 weeks...

What is the feeling of being in ketosis? I can't find any ketosticks here... Is there a method I can know that Im in the state of ketosis? urine color? or feeling?

Just keep an eye out for the 4 signs...

Strong smelling urine
Metallic taste in your mouth
Very Bad Breath
Some Cloudy headedness (especially in the morning for me)
Some people experience a lull or a dip in energy the first few weeks, but this is only due to the body adjusting to their new diet. If this happens, believe me, once you get past this you'll notice that your energy becomes more raw, and there is more of it. Again, Good Luck!
