    does fat really lower testosterone?

    because nearly 40% of my daily diet (94.5g) is from fats but almost all of them are from good fats monounsaturated and a little less then half are from polyunsaturated fats. i put in a lot of my calories from fat to limit carbs

    from my unerstanding bodyfat increases estrogen
    some dietary fat has been shown to increase T, but i wouldnt suggest loading up on it.

    Yep...diets high in saturated fats have been shown to promote higher test levels in males compared to diets low in sat fats. A high excess of bodyfat will increase the estrogen/test ratio.

    Unless youre doing a keto diet, yes
    Try to keep it below 30% (around 20% would be even better)
