working out with no kit/on vacation

you don't always go on holiday and find a fully equipped gym, even at so called 5* hotels.

one place I went to advertized 'fully equipped' gym, when I got there had a stepper, and ab mat and 2 d-bells with 10kg on each, but no collars !!

I nearly went out of my mind on a 2 week holiday with no gym, kind of defeats the object of going away,when you're stressed 'cos you haven't worked out.

my idea of a holiday is sweating my self stupid in the gym, not lazing about on a sun-louger.

I did loads of press ups, sit ups, and swimming.

I'm interested in what people do when they have no kit/gym.


any ideas of how to stay sane?

Two weeks off at one time....you sure know what to do!

I am usually get one week off 3 times a year and I use it as rest time from the gym.
