Thanks, man! You will! Just keep training hard and remember that if you go to competition some day it's more important to be perhaps smaller but very cut, than big and out of condition!!
I've been compeeting for 14 years now: 4'11 158lbs last year hope to be slightlty heavier this year. next show is July 4th. I aim for striated glutes but I really doubt i can achieve it : I'm always ripped evrywhere but not on glutes ! i've noticed it for many short people. is this a weak part ofr you as well? Any tips?

This is obviously a "problem" of many bodybuilders. I haven't achived a really striated glutes but I hope some day I will!

Any tips? Well I guess I don't have any because I haven't achieved the best striation myself. Could it be that you don't flex your glutes as much as other body parts? I don't know.

One thing that I've used is when I'm doing cardio like walking uphill. Every step I try to flex the other glute, you know? Ofcourse the walking itself becomes much harder because you have to concentrate flexing your glutes, but works.
Rich Gaspari says that the lunges were a big part of why his butt was so striated and developed.
