Which supplement have you found to be most helpfull with Muscle Gain?
Hello Everyone! There are so many supplements out there and I am trying to buy the best one for the right cause. I am trying to gain muscle and currently eat over 2,200 calories / day and over 180g of protein / day. I do not take a protein shake or a weight gainer. I have seen The Universal "Animal Pak" on a lot of people's profile but not sure if that will be the best thing to buy. I am asking for everyone's expertise and assistance to help educate me so that I may purchase the best supplement for the right job.
I appreciate all your help!
Thanks,
Eric

Kre-Alkalyn 1.5g caps, 6 - 8 daily.
That added the most size for me, the quickest.
ON 100% Whey has kept my size steady, but when I added U.N. Kre-Alkalyn, my size gains really sped up.
Strength wise, a test booster called Super Test.. I think Ultra Labs (pretty sure) makes it.
I recieved it as a sample, they sent 12 pills, which was enough for 4 days, and they just kept sending them, I ended up with 2 bottles worth before they stopped arriving in the mail.
My strength went up more with that, than anything I've ever tried.

You need to start eating more like 3,000+ cals a day. Also, get:
Multivitamin
Whey Protein
BUT, get your diet in order first.

for me creatine, really helps psychologically and physcially, lets me train harder and longer with quicker recovery. Ive gained about 3-4 pounds in a month on it (aside from the initial 8-10lb jump from water).

Obviously once you have diet squared away, I reallly like the gains that creatine brings.

We have a winner! Dude, 2,220 calories is like nothing. 2000 calories is the daily recommended value for the average coach potatoe. You need a surplus of calories if you want to gain muscle. The single most important aspect of building muscle is your diet. If that isnt in check, no supplement will help you at all. Get your diet in check number 1 and see how that goes for a while. Also, whey protein and a good multi are a must because they are going to help you meet your dietary goals. After that is in check, you should look into some creatine, but only after that diet is fixed.
