Hey guys,
earlier this year I had this ache along my upper back that stretches itself to the traps. I do get some relief by tilting my head to the right shoulder. Spent a bomb consulting different therapist and the previous one told me my back muscles are imbalanced.
Trigger point therapy gives temporal relief so I did like to work out my right back and see if works out better.
Can anyone suggest what sorta exercises I should do to grow my right back?

Your issue is most likely originating from a tight or damaged area in the shoulder. Could also be caused from a pinched nerve resulting in tension on one side. I would reconsider seeing a different doctor and physical therapy. This is assuming that the issue you are describing is very pronounced, from the picture its hard to tell since your head is turned.
