Is Sauna really a good way to lose weight?
Yeah i'm not sure but I was watching the ulitmate fighter 2 season. Then this guy was like 20 pounds overweight in his weight division. So the guy went in the sauna and lost like 15 lbs in like 2 days. But then he eventually quit the tournament because he couldn't lose another 5 lbs for the fight. So does the sauna really help you lose weight. I'm just curious. we'll im not fat but I'm just curious to know.

When your in the sauna, your sweating off water weight. Your going to be losing weight but in the form of water only.

You'll lose water weight, not fat. Once you hydrate yourself again, the weight will come back.

It's good for making weight for a scale in a sport. Other than that, it's not very helpful.

Yeah it would only make sense for a quick fix. Such as the last day before a bodybuilding show or a date which will include sex. But not a perminate fix....reps though for spelling lose correctly to all who did
