    Top Ramen

I'm just wondering if Top Ramen, like the noodles that come in the little package, are a healthy source of carbs. They have a lot of carbs in them, so I'm just wondering if they're healthy or if they're fattening or anything like that.

Hmm... well maybe I'll go and buy some, but we usually only have regular potatoes in the house. What's the healthiest way to prepare them, just bake them or could I cook some on the stovetop?

I don't put in the packet of soy sauce or whatever it is, which I'm guessing is where all of the sodium comes from.

I throw in some canned chicken with my ramens for more protien, and sadly, more sodium. Tastes good though.
I used to be 135 pounds, give me a break.
