    Back Injury Recovery!

Right guys I've given this sore back 5/6 weeks, the whole last week I haven't done any lifting atall, iced it every day and got sleep etc so it's feeling alot better.

    Can touch toes etc fine

So what would be the best way for me to go about gently retraining back up?

I was thinking stretches and go to gym and do really light deads etc, like even just the bar weight?

I would see a physiotherapist to get a proper diagnosis of exactly what kind of injury to your back you have. They would be much better than anyone on the internet. Good luck!

After I got the ok from the doc I would be sure to incorporate abdominal exercises and hyperextensions in at least twice a week and use a belt. That is what I do and my back only gets tired instead of hurting.
