    To Get Cut....Enough Protein but not enough calories!

    okay here is the fukin prb.

    i am on my cut up diet....i am getting enough protein .... atleast 250g. but damn calories are not even exceeding 2000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what am i supposed to do guyz?!?!?
    coz well i was at 223 pounds like 5 days ago and now i am right at 217 and its water weight i guess. but i am afraid to loose muscle if i get that low on calories...how can i safelt increase my calories??
    and yeah my carb intake is not more than like 60g

    actually this is for the first time i am cutting up and i see i have agreat control. for the first two days xcpet for the carbs i got from the milk i had none.
    i can control pretty easy :0)

    lol man, i guess it wouldnt hurt to just increase the protien.. atleast you'll know that any risk of losing muscle it will just be from the HUGE load of protien you're eating hehe.

    unless you are 217lbs of complete fat, you need to up your carbs, under 100 is gonna make you lose muscle
    im 6'2 220 and ive lost 8lbs in like three weeks,but i have gained muscle and strength and also cut fat, i take in 2330 cals 220g carbs and 250g protein a day, try it.
