okay here is the fukin prb.
i am on my cut up diet....i am getting enough protein .... atleast 250g. but damn calories are not even exceeding 2000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what am i supposed to do guyz?!?!?
coz well i was at 223 pounds like 5 days ago and now i am right at 217 and its water weight i guess. but i am afraid to loose muscle if i get that low on calories...how can i safelt increase my calories??
and yeah my carb intake is not more than like 60g
