ok so when it comes to this i don't alot about it. i checked my pressure and heart rate on this machine in walmart and this is what i got 120/47 and heart rate of 72. the first couple of times the number were at least 30 points higher. but thats what i got on the third try, i blive its right because i was sitting down for about 7 minutes
now my question is are these numbers ok
iam 18 years old by the way

yes that is average.
A normal HR should be Between 60 and 80 BPM.
With your Blood Pressure it also ok because High Blood Pressure is 140/90. But if you every see 120/80 that is not really high blood pressure it's calle Pre high blood pressure. Not something to worry about.

Lower is better to a certian point. Like a blood pressure with a systolic pressure of 90-100 is considered hypotension (low blood pressure). And there was is this once chick in my exercise and health class that has a heart rate of 47. I'd say anyhthing under than would be dangerous. Your numbers are average, so nothing to worry about.
