Is this bad? I know that soreness doesn't equal a good or bad workout, but lately it seems that I am sore for 3-5 days after lifting. I have been hitting it pretty hard recently though, and I am just getting back into a solid routine from a few months of here and there workouts. Should I be concerned?

Make sure your post workout nutrition is good and you are taking in at least a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. Also if you are training very high voulme that could also be a factor. I do and im a slow recover. I would not worry about it though. Just as long as you only hit each bp once a week your fine.
