For dumbbell flyes what number of reps do you prefer to do???
4-6 reps
6-8 reps
I was always confused by the reps I was suppose to do for flyes!

Yea i disagree here, Flyes are good in shapping the chest i believe. Also they are a good switch up when your body adapts to always doing the presses.
Ask anyone on here, sometimes its good to switch to dumbell flyes and get that spark

Here is what you need for a gr8 chest workout:
2-4 sets incline press
2-4 sets flat press
2-4 sets chest dips
Do 9 sets in total
You can mix it up by using DB's or BB's an varying the rep range/ order/rest periodsBulking.
