    Dumbbell Flyes

For dumbbell flyes what number of reps do you prefer to do???
    4-6 reps
    6-8 reps

I was always confused by the reps I was suppose to do for flyes!

Flies are inferior to incline bench, flat bench and dips. do them instead.

However if u insist on doing flies, do them in the same rep range as your other exercises
    Bulking.

Yea i disagree here, Flyes are good in shapping the chest i believe. Also they are a good switch up when your body adapts to always doing the presses.
Ask anyone on here, sometimes its good to switch to dumbell flyes and get that spark
    Peeace

SHAPING THE CHEST???!!! WTF??(sorry abt tht)

You cannot shape a muscle, only make it bigger(or smaller)

To mix things up jst switch the order of exercises and/or rep range.
    Bulking.

try supersetting flat or incline bench with flat/incline flies. you get a nice stretch in the pecs.

Here is what you need for a gr8 chest workout:

    2-4 sets incline press
    2-4 sets flat press
    2-4 sets chest dips

    Do 9 sets in total

You can mix it up by using DB's or BB's an varying the rep range/ order/rest periods
    Bulking.

Agreed, but I would also add 2-3 sets of some type of stretch exercise such as flies or cable crossovers.
    Pump it.
