I've got a bottle, but have been waiting to use it. Anything I should know or tweak going into this product for the first time? I've done research, but since you're the horses mouth......... you know? Should I stack (or NOT stack) it with any other particulars? How about diet change? Any help/info would be greatly appreciated. (Questions?)

I'd run it stand-alone to start with, other than just basic stuff (especially fish oil [6g/day]). As for diet, at least 20% of your calories coming from good fat sources. Post a log if at all possible (or final review).

As Fred (cakedonkey) has said, the first time you use attitute run it stand alone. By doing this you will be able to tell whether or not the Attitude is the product that is aiding in your results. By throwing in to many variables it will be hard, or even impossible, to find which product is doing the work. Good luck and let us know how your experiences with Attitude are.

Thanks! I'll bump up the fish oil. Fats are at 20 currently, so I should be good.
