does HGH affect your height?

first of all..i'm not talking about taking doses of it

i heard that HIIT cardio as well as low rep strength training increases levels of HGH..the figure on cardio was increased by 530% and elevated for the next hour and a half or so. my question is, can these figures affect my height?

HGH will only affect your height if your growth plates are not closed yet... so if you are done growing it will only make your skeletal structure thicker... if not you might get a bunch of inches from it... but thats speaking from a steroid view im not sure if the increase you will get inside your body form a work out will affect it.

Don't even think about taking steroids until you finish growing, because there's a good chance it could stunt your growth.

I strongly discourage gear use before the early 20's, unless they are as tall as they ever want to be.
