    Workout for Upper Chest

    hey guys

    Im looking to focus on developing my upper chest more, because back when i was ignorant, a trainer in the gym told me to do flat and decline.

    So now my upper chest is alittle behind and im looking to get it bigger at a faster pace. My idea for my chest workout is this:

    INCLINE DUMBELL BENCH PRESS: 5 SETS

    FLAT DUMBELL BENCH PRESS: 3 SETS

    DIPS: 2 SETS (I do these for my triceps, but the lower chest gets hit a little as well)


    What do you think? This routine places more emphasis on the upper chest.
