rotator cuff question
My rotator cuff (i think it's my rotator cuff at least, its like inside my right shoulder) has been hurting since yesterday because the day before i did power cleans and militarys and obviously did something wrong. It only hurts if i do certain things, like today i benched and it wasnt a problem, but if i do lateral or forward raising motions and overhead pressing motions it hurts. What can i do to make it heal up? Preferably in the least time possible.

rest it for a few days or at least a week until it feels better. If it still hurts after a week i suggest seeing a doctor.. dont wanna make it worse

Use both heat and cold. every 15 minutes switch it up for about an hour or so

Rotater Cuff is a very fragile structure...be careful with it....i tore mine last year from doing heavy sets on shoulder...so wen it starts to feelin better i would start off slow..i mean real slow..like 2.5 pounders or 5 and strengthen it back up...or use bands

Don't do anything that aggravates the injury. Let it rest for a while. A single appointment at a physiotherapist would be able to get you a few stretches you can do to help it heal, but rest will do just fine.
