hi
i go workout 4 days a week ( each days for 1 1/2 hours)
this is my schedule
monday : chest and triceps
tuesday : rest
wednesday : biceps and back
thursday : rest
friday : shoulder and abs
saturday : cardio
sunday : rest
is my schedule okay or i still need more workouts ?

first off your missing the most important body part, legs.
and you shouldnt be in the gym more than 45 min, an hour max
unless you made a mistake on wednesday, dont do the smaller bodypart before the bigger bodypart
I prefer this
mon- chest, shoulders, tris
tues- rest
wed- legs abs
thurs- rest
fri- back, bis1......2......3...... LIFT
