Why the back of my knees hurt me?

I feel a little cracking when I walk, run, deadlift at the back of my left knee

i am 95% sure it is from this exercise
    Lever Lying Leg Curl

I like it very much,I lift really heavy and it makes my hamstrings swole,so an advice to lower the weights wont count as an advice! coz i wont make gains anymore!

so can I get injured from lifting heavy in this exercise? Why does my knees hurt?

i have the same thing...my pain is behind my left knee (not behind the kneecap but behind the knee).

squats-deads-running-etc all seem to make it worse.

i have a buddy who is a chiro and he seems to be able to fix it up for a week at a time...then it is bad again.

search 'baker's cyst' and see if this sounds like your issue.
