well i think i would know, because i used it...
the first time i used it i got a sugar-high and i couldn't sleep the first night very well...
other than that it just gave me diarreah, no gains...
stay away from this product...
I was lulled into buying it because i thought it was safer than the powdered form... which has no side-effects... xcept water retention...

It does taste good. Thats about the only thing that I liked about it. One flavor taste like strawberry syrup. Makes it pretty expensive syrup though...

Why is liquid creatine no good?? I took it a while back, and I have to admit, it did absolutely nothing for me, but what makes it no good?

Mainly because the creatine is not stable in liquid form. So you really have no active creatine in the bottle.

Yep, bump that all the way. Creatine is unstable in liquid and turns to the waste product creatinine in as little as 15 minutes and completely after only a few weeks. 16 brands of liquid creatine were tested and on average they contained less than 5% of the amount of creatine listed on the bottle, because the rest had turned to creatinine.

What's the big deal over liquid creatine? It doesn't seem that hard to take a little bit of powder with you somewhere and drop it in some sort of drink, or just use pills, especially when no one has developed a stable liquid creatine anyway.

The big deal is that everyone is ALWAYS looking for the new improved quick out. So if its new people assume its better. Plus you don't have to load with it and you take less. Thats why people think its' a great idea. They just don't know the facts...

Because they give me a platform and let me speak my mind. They've never censored what I had to say, even when it was detrimental to their sales. Of course as long as people are asking for liquid creatines and methoxys and what have you, I assume Ryan will keep selling them. He'd be a fool if he didn't. I don't know about you, but I probably would. I mean, I'd advise against it, but I advise against Cell-tech, VPX and all those things, yet they seem to sell quite well. You can't convert a fool, and if you can make a buck off of his ignorance, its a nice bonus.

I used this crap
i wouldnt ever ever ever try this again...... unless you want to pay a premium, and have all the good effects of creatine removed from your system....
In a word, it sucks, pure and simple...
