Vascularity?
Do you like veins? Are you vascular? I myself am not vascular although I have a few veins starting to pop out but I love to see veins popping out of forearms and running along a nice bicep. What are your thoughts about veins?

Veins
Veins are SWEET! Nothing is cooler than veins busting out all over your body!!! FYI: veins are signs of hydration. The more water you drink, the more vascular...

I like having veins visible, because it is an indication of low bodyfat. I'm coming to the end of a cutting cycle and the veins are really starting to pop out of my arms like hell right now and I love it. I think it looks tough, even though some of my friends tell me that my veins look gross.

Please help!!
Does anyone know any tricks, or cream or pills or anything you can do to get more vascular. I love veins but just can't seem to get to pop out .When i'm working out and straining my butt off they appear everywhere. But after that they go back hiding. Tell me some tricks!!!

Although this is not a "trick", it helps. Just do an exercise with high reps for a few sets and with a light weight.I read this moves more blood to the muscle for an extended period of time, forcing the veins to grow to allow for more blood to pass through.
As for me, i love 'em. I only have em on my forearms right now, but when i exercise they just about popo out everywhere. I used to have one one my bi's until i started to bulk up, too.

it is "somewhat" a sign of lower body fat (if u have alot of fat u dont see anything but fat) but ur veins also grow so that blood can be supplied quicker...thats called being "fit"

n.o. explode made me more vascular. I haven't taken it in months now, but the veins still show...losing body fat will obviously make them more visible too...

I've got this real cool one that runs accross my (pretty well defined) left deltoid.
And yeah, it's all about the veins.

veins=good in all senses
It also means that you have good circulation through muscles. Strive for the vascularity.

I wish I had good vascularity but all I see are the veins on my hands and below the palms of my hands there is 1 that is out a little on both arms.. I can see my veins run down my arms but they are still hidden by the fat so they look like faint blue lines... I like looking at them cuz to me they're a good sign of losing body fat, the less fainter they get the more feeling of accomplishment I feel.

yeah. i have one in my left bi, the right is coming. weird thing is that my right is stronger since im dominant. forearms and 1 comin from the shoulder to chest and then 2 below the hips. i drink alot of water and i've dropped alot of bodyfat to have them show. just make sure you got the form down and the proper diet and you'll be seeing vascularity in no time

I like mine, and am satisfied with the amount. Mine mostly appear in my forearms, delts, chest, and hands (I like these + forearms the most ). However, too much is overkill..

<--- see avatar. Pic was from last year, with a full-on pump.
My forearm veins always show, even when I'm a little chunky like I still am now from the holidays. When I get the slightest pump, the forearm veins get sick, and I get 'em up the biceps and on front of delts.
Always had forearm veins ever since I was about 11 yrs old. I was a gymnast since I was 7, and had a killer build for a kid. Wish I had pictures.
