I used bulk beta-alanine before. I got tingly all over from it, but I did notice more endurance during workouts.

one of the best supplements ever. Awsome for muscle fullness/hardness/vascularity IME.
I use bulk b-alanine mixed with histidine.
DO NOT take too much. I puked one day after taking a heaping tablespoon, which probably about 15 grams--considering it is a moist powder and it sticks together.
I take 1 teaspoon of about a 5:1 mixture of b-alanine/histidine twice daily.

i was going to mix beta alanine and citrulline malate together.

I like it, but I think it is something that should be stacked with other aminos just so you keep taking it.
I couldn't imagine scooping out beta alanine all by itself everyday (although I do think its a better amino than say glutamine)

Beta alanine is good stuff. I noticed that it delayed muscular fatigue and I was able to do a couple of more reps. I did not notice any strength gains however it did allow me to overload the muscle more than without it.

Shock Therapy now with Beta Alanine
Yup saw it at my healthstore.... Took out the Glyco and replaced it with B-Alanine. Can't wait to try it now.. New Formula looks good.

I notice the tingle, not enough to comment on beta alanine alone as I take it with purple wraath. I know the cit malate works though b/c of previously trying xtend.
