my photos, my progress...
Before = 90kgs (198lbs) - After = 63kgs (138lbs)
In highschool, I was always a little on the large side - pushing 80kgs. I was teased for being fat, and when I liked a guy I was in even more trouble. When highschool ended I was at a club with an old friend, when I started to feel funny and somehow ended up out side alone a group of guys knew who I was yet I didn?t know who they were, they started to hit me and tell me I wasn?t allowed to like their friend because I was fat and ugly - parts of that night are a blur but I always remember that part, as I didn?t know who they were to begin with.
I gained an extra 10kgs from depression after that night. A few months later after a long walk I realised that I couldn?t let them win - making me close up inside and become a person that I wasn?t. Being fat in highschool, was who I was at that time - but I always was outgoing and could do anything. The person I was after highschool with my mind filled that night - being scared to even go out side, or to the places I remember. I can?t even go to a club these days, pubs are okay but something I hold back on. I now realised I was having panic attacks (something I still get to this day). These guys took away my life? but I used this as motivation.
I was gonna become the person I used to be, just thinner. I started workingout for about 10mins a day (with rest days), until I built up my immune system and was able to kick out 30mins a day!
I did turn to a couple of friends to come and workout with me - but being already active they always seemed to ?had enough? for that time. So I kept doing this on my own. By a years time I had lost about 20kgs, and brought some more cardio machines and some weights? after a few years I lost over 40kgs (up and down) and gained some muscle mass.
Eating healthier and not worrying about whether this or that was gonna get me fat. After being assulted, and teased/picked on for being ?fat? made me into the stronger, thinner and fitter person I am today.
Losing the weight not only gave me confidence in myself, but it also gave me a chance to motivate others and support others with my story. I also found out a different side of people who sometimes can attack you for being even thin. So I?ve dealt with both sides - being teased for being fat, and being called a whore because i was thin and chatted to ?guys?.
It?s made me see people for who they are. I?m glad my life is going down that road - I?ve achieved a lot since I lost my weight, and I?m still achieving my goals, because I?ve made a goal to lose weight and I got there, and now I know I can do anything when I put my mind to it!
That turning point in my life was negative at the start, but sometimes bad things can turn into a good thing. It takes time, and I took a few years to get down to something I find to suit me. Reading books, studying about fitness really helped me get to where I am today. I love it, something I never thought I would love back in highscool!
just wanna tone up and lose a few more kgs, hopefully being here will motivate me and give me the advice i need.

That is one hell of a story and transformation. You are an inspiration. I am so disgusted that you had that happen to you. No one deserves that kind of treatment, but it's awesome that you didn't let it get you down and used it to become who you are. You're beautiful inside and out it seems. Reps to you for sharing and your transformation.

It sucks how it had to take something dramatic like that to make you want to change, but the same thing happened to me. I was tired of always being called skinny and after my lung surgery I was the worse I have ever been. Its awesome how I can take my frustration out in the weight room and watch the results I get from it. And you look amazing btw!! Keep it up!

Gimme the names and addresses of each one of these guys, haha I will end their lives.
You look amazing, great progress. I too know what it was like to be overweight through highschool, definitely the worst time in anyones life to "have something wrong with them", kids just love to tease.
You should be proud.

Amazing results. Don't want to be a d*ck and say anything about your BEFORE pictures, but right now you are drop-dead gorgeous. You can play around with guys' heads and lead them on and do that girly thing!

You know, these days its hard to tell the difference from those photos. So many fakes around. I am sure you want to prove your point and prove that your story is true and such achievements are possible. And its the bikini pic, full body shot, FROM THE BACK, that would do the trick.
I'm sure man from BB.com would agree with me!
