Sergio Oliva Workout Routine?
Does anybody know where I could find his workout routine? Or maybe some videos of him? I know there is one w/ him and Frank Zane doing pose down, but I would like to find a video of him training.

Gee.. don't you think there are enough routines these days to choose from??
Isn't it him who was doing 3weeks on 1 week off?

Don't know if he trains 3 weeks on 1 week off---as far as "why" goes, why not? He's my inspiration for bodybuilding. I would like to find out more about him. It's awesome that Arnold has his big ol' book of E.O.M.B, but I just wanted to see what specifc workouts he did, and how he trained, if so in a HIT style or more casual way.
And I've only seen pics of Sergio, never seen him on video to see how he posed, and of course I would of to see the Victory Pose on tape, i'm sure everybody here won't mind that either.

In addition to what sma posted, someone posted some of his articles on here before. There was one that he talked about training with Arthur Jones, HIT style. Try doing a search.

Everyone can learn from the many successful bodybuilders. Each has some unique thoughts. Let's keep asking and let's keep learning.
