How Do You Progress?
With High set singles?
Decreased rest time?
or add weight?
How often do you do them?
once?twice?three times a week?
any advice would be appreciated.
I would also like to know how to progress in power clean(olympic lifts)

You could progress from all of those things just depends on how long you have been lifting which one would be best.
