    Looking for advise on my wokout program..Looking for strength gains and mass..How is this workout..anything is welcome


    Monday
    Pull-ups 2xfail
    Bent over bb rows 3x8
    Dead lift 3x8
    One arm db row 3x8
    Shrugs 2xfail

    Hammer curls 3x8
    Preacher curl 3x8
    Incline curls 3x8


    Wed
    Squats 3x8
    Leg extensions 3x10
    Leg curl 3x8
    Stiff legged dead lifts 3x8
    Lunges 2x15

    Military db press 3x8
    Front raises 3x8
    Rear delt flies 3x8

    Fri
    Bench Press 3x8
    Incline Bench press 3x8
    Decline db press 3x8
    Incline db press 3x8
    Dips 2xfail

    Bench dip 3xfail
    Lying tri extensions 3x8
    Standing tri extensions 3x8

    Made the changes above to what I would do. Didn't see calves anywhere?

    Thanks for the info..But why only 2 sets for some exercises..I am not really a begginer i have been working out for almost 2 years now..so i am use to lifting..I was wondering if you could clear that up for me

    Why do you have "fail" after some of your exercises? What weight are you using. You shouldnt just do body weight for 30 reps if you are able to strap on say 35lbs or something and get 8 reps.

    I would go from 3 sets of eight to 4 sets of eight, one more thing,use the maximum weight in each excersize that you can do at least 8 reps of,with the last rep being the failure point (or close to it)
