for all who like to have somethign directly before hitting the gym
what do u guys drink or eat that is protein and carb dense soon before working out that doesnt make u feel overly sluggish
i usually eat a procomplex bar, and drink swole v2 mixed with Kreataine Ultra, however, this leaves me feeling sick to my stomach, and overly ull (it woudlnt usually, just if i try to lift shortly after)
i tired myoplex deluze instead, but ended up puking all voer due to the large amounts of water u must mix with this pudding like mrp
i was wondering if higher type drink mixes such as after max, and all those protein carb workout time powders would be good, or if they would put on unwanted fat and cause diabetes, i know that was a lot fo questions, but any help would be much aprreciated, thanks fellas

Yeah, I like the solid-food approach too. About 30-45 minutes before lifting, I'll have a carb/protein meal, maybe chicken and brown rice, maybe oatmeal with some whey, a tuna sandwich, something along those lines, and then a shake PW. Give it a try
not big yet... but im gonna get there
the battle of the doggpound has begun
