Doing bis/tris/shoulders the day after chest is not a good idea.
Why not try doing your back instead?

I do this:
M: Chest/Bis
W: Shoulders/Legs
F: Back/Tris
It gives sufficient time for your bis and tris to heal from the first workout till you pound them again later in the week..and of course you take Sat,Sun off to rest..it works great for me and allows bodyparts to heal, but everyone is different as some people might heal faster
