    Does anyone remember the "old" days of supplements

    Weider Anabolic Mega Packs
    Weider Muscle Builder Mix
    Weider Body Shaper
    The various amino acids

    It seems like supplements have come a long way from back in the late 80's when I was 18. Its insane!

    Back in 87 I used some of those high carb drinks, weider anabolic paks, and animal pak as my supplementation.

    Now its getting to the point where supplements are pretty close to the real deal. Amazing.

    ha ha ha ha. i want my money back. the fact that wal mart sold it should of been enought to trigger something is wrong . Why isnt weider in jail anyway.
    I still now a guy that swears by ferulic acid and boron. Seems to work on him too
