I have been doing chest once a week for awhile now and i am getting stronger every week.
I do 4 weeks cycles with 4 chest exercises and 3 sets of 6-10 per exercise
1st cycle
1. barbell bench
2. DB flys
3. DB incline bench
4. Dips
2 cycle
1. DB bench
2. DB incline flys
3. Barbell incline
4. DB decline bench
this has been working for me and it hits upper, middle and lower chest.
