hey ive been gone for a while my mom took away the internet so i havennt been about to get on here but i need to know what u guys think of my progress HELPFUL CRITICISM is appreciated

at the beginning of this football season stats
age 15
height 5'8
weight 150
bench 225
squat 250
deadlift 330
hang clean 170
40 5.2

now

age 16
height a lil over 5'8
weight 158
bench 215
squat 300
deadlift 345
hang clean 205
40 not sure hopefully 5 or under when i get flexible again
does anyone think they can figure out why my bench went down and any workouts or lifts that can help improve on these let me know thanx

i dont know why your bench would go down, what is your chest routine? Also getting your triceps stronger will help out your bench.

well it kind of changes right now im doing chest twice a week with 3 chest lifts on those days and legs for 2 and agilities for 1

I have been doing chest once a week for awhile now and i am getting stronger every week.

I do 4 weeks cycles with 4 chest exercises and 3 sets of 6-10 per exercise

1st cycle

1. barbell bench
2. DB flys
3. DB incline bench
4. Dips

2 cycle

1. DB bench
2. DB incline flys
3. Barbell incline
4. DB decline bench

this has been working for me and it hits upper, middle and lower chest.
