Plus, many protein bars, aren't made of a good quality protein source...

ugh @ protein bars, taste-wise & satiety-wise. i recently mismanaged my meal timing was starving my ass off while grocery shopping. i grabbed a protein bar off the shelf, ripped it open, downed it, & kept the wrapper so i could pay for it when i checked out. i walked out of there hungry.. i hadn't had a protein bar in a while before that experience, and it reminded me why.

yeah protien bars don't fill up anything for nothing lol, save them for when your ultra busy and on the run and then chances are your not gonna be hungry anyway, its just to keep your metab hot
