New - Started Bulking - Rate my Diet

    First:
Thanks to everyone on these forums for their informative posts. I have learned so much.
    Now...
I found this forum because I wanted to lose weight. I am 5'6" and started off at 150 pounds. A lot of it is around my stomach. I lost 25 pounds using the "Losing fat for Noobs" thread.

Now I still have some belly fat but I have lost 3 waist sizes. I want to bulk up for a while before I do anymore cutting. I am trying to eat between 2000-2200 cals per day. I eat a variety of things but here is a sample of my diet (today only). What do you think?

Edit: I am also taking Prolabs Creatine!

I am going to start and increase as I plateau. Try to clean bulk the whole way. Usually end up around 2300cals by the end of the night. I lift for an hour 4 days a week. HIIT once a week.

Thanks for the tips. I will adjust. I thought as long as I hit my macros - cals and protein, carbs don't matter as long as they are coming from a "clean" source. Is that not the case?

If your lifting heavy and thats your stats then your going to wanna eat alot more 0.o Everyone's intake is different but unless your laying in bed and only get up to lift your burning alot of calories and are not going to be in any + Calorie deflect.

Youre starting at approx ~18cals per pound of bodyweight. Thats a good intake to begin with - IMO.
