I am 5'11 196-200 lb. Got a lil beer gut or just plain gut and need to lose some. Are these crunches really gonna work with jogging or do i need to do alot more than that. And if i do heavy weight on every exercise will it make me gain muscle or weight which i don't need. In other words i need muscle and lose fat,any good pills yall have tried. By the way,i can't put question marks cause my bro spilled tea on the computer...

Calorie requirements: Take your body weight times 232222 and that is how many calories you should be taking in a day to lose fat. Next make sure that 90% of those cals come from good carb sources like white rice, white bread, and fruit. Next get 9% of your cals from fats, but not just any fats, saturated fats. The good **** like butter and lard. Finally only get 1% of your daily calories from protein. Make sure this comes from stuff like pork chops and hot dogs, none of this chicken breast crap.
Now for the exercise. Make sure you are doing cardio seven times a day for atleast 90 minutes. This is just the minimum however. Next comes the weight training. Here is a good split to follow.
DO the following EVERYDAY!!!

Whatever you do, avoid the pussy exercises like squats, deads, and bench. Never ever train your legs either.
Now for a good pill to lose weight I would use creatine. By gawd it's the dexatrim of the bodybuilding world.
Follow my advice and in no time you'll be making Ronnie Coleman piss his pants.
