Deadlift 5x5
Military or Push Press 5x5
Dips or Close Grip Bench (or both)
Calves, Pullups
Wednesday
Squats 5x5 or 1x20
Bent Over Row 5x5
Barbell Curls 5x5
Incline Dumbell Press 5x5
Pullups
Ab work
Friday I will do Monday's workout, and then Wednesday will become next Monday's new workout.
Example: M1 W2 F1 M2 W1 F2 etc.
HIIT on 3 seperate days
got this routine from another member, it looked good to me. would doing hiit 3 days week,and having to squat heavy 2 times a week every other week be overtrainign towards my legs?

spells restauruant wrong every single time CREW
can't stop picking my nose CREW
can't eat unless watching diners , drive-ins and dives CREW
toenails sharp enough to cut through adamantium CREW

Me neither. That's why I asked if the sets were ramping.
I think the routine looks Ok for the most part. Personally, I can't do much of anything after heavy deads. I wonder a little about your ability to do the Monday exercises after dead. If you're up to it, then go for it.
Overtraining takes place over a long period of time. You'll feel it coming on. Honestly, though, it doesn't look like too much work to me.
