Taken 5 mins ago.
Btw, i'm the guy who was complaining that I wasn't gaining after training so hard for 3 weeks before, and I asked for advice.. you alls aid I should change my diet so i did, i was wondering if it was working so i posted it here.. btw my Biceps are now 13 inches, 0.5 inches bigger than before , still taking time to grow.
Is a bicep gain, of a 16 year old, of 0.5 inches in 3 months good?
Is a forarm gain of a 16 years old, of 1 inch in 3 months good?

"""""""""""""
Keep bulking imo, you look like you have a good base. Dont be afraid to lose your abs bro!
"""""""""""""
Good Base? I don't want to loose my abs, I love my abs
"""""""""""
You need to learn how to pose a rear biceps pose. Dont retract your shoulderblades together like that. Aside from that your shoulders look great in the 2nd picture. Chest and arms look bigger too and your still ripped.
"""""""""""
Rear Bicep pose? Any examples of this?
And what do you mean my retract shoulder blades together?
The next pics of me i'll take is when I'm all pumped from my training.

They get the body first, then go for the abs...
You'll find it's actually a lot easier to keep and maintain abs once you put on some more muscle, anyway. Just having muscle burns through more calories than fat does - so the more muscle you've got, the easier it is to lose the fat. It's a bit like being in a state of permanent cardio!
Having said that, there's a tendency on these forums to overdo the bulking, I think. Putting on huge amounts of fat isn't going to help - you've just got to take it off again later.
If I were you, I'd compromise - don't bulk too heavily, but certainly don't restrict your diet in order to keep your abs either. Even if you do lose them, you'll be amazed at how quickly they come back once you've got the muscle there to help.
