I noticed World record holder Oleksandr Kutcher used to do the same thing, and it didn't seem to hurt his squat.
Although he did retire due to back injury.

My squat used to have the same look and everyone kept giving me suggestions for new mental cues to fix it...but for me it actually turned out to be an SI joint alignment problem, and my bad pelvic alignment affected my shoulder alignment too (one shoulder slightly higher than the other, one shoulder had a bigger ROM than the other). When my SI joint is aligned then my squat looks aligned without any change in mental cues. Don't know if you're running into the same thing ... just another possibility for your list. A chiropractor could check this possibility for you.

i think there is something wrong with my SI or pelvic alignment or something because i just got sciatica for the THIRD time on my light squat day last night. just randomly coming out of the bottom felt the left side of my back tweak and then nerve flared up. (hasnt happened in like 20 weeks) currently in a lot of pain but at least its my third time so i know how to get rid of it.
(its not definetly not a disc problem and its not my piriformis according to the doctors.) any ideas?
kind of sucks because ive been in such a nice groove since i came back from injury like 20 weeks ago.

A chiropractor should be able to help with this...probably affordably too (mine charges $40 per visit even with no insurance). Any chiropractor can check to see if SI joint is aligned, and force it back into place if it's not. A good chiropractor can also help you figure out how to prevent it from getting misaligned in the long-term. Definitely mention the sciatic pain too...that might be related.
