    Illopsoas stretch

    When I do this stretch all I can feel is tightness in the tendon it doesnt feel like im actually stretching the muscle is that how its supposed to feel?

    With any stretch you never feel it in the tendon. this can cause injury. Are you sure you dont already have a injury that you feel it in the tendon. Make sure you warmup before stretching, or the stretching wont work.

    Well can you try this stretch and see I feel it on the front interior side but it doesnt feel like a muscles stretching just feels painful does this mean its very tight? im not sure if its the muscle but feels more like a tendon, and no its not injured or sore.
