    Male,PICS Bodyfat % is 14.8 but i have flab, how can i lose this? do i need to do abs

    as i said i have a relatively low BF% but i have flab, do i need to do cardio or ab exercises to tighten this flab and show abs?

    cardio will do very minimal, and ab exercises will visibly do pretty much nothing except strengthen your core. if you want to see abs, eat at caloric deficit and lift heavy. that being said, you don't seem to have a great deal of muscle as is, so you should probably just ignore your weight for now and just bulk to build some lean muscle, THEN cut so that you actually have some muscle mass when you lose your extra fat, rather than just being a twig with abs.

    Yeah umm 14% not even close.
    Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.
