Awesome
Hey man, your progress is astounding
Keep goin! I'm lookin forward to seein your end results! And, don't worry about the thought of losin mass. It doesn't look like you're all small or anything. I think you're just losin fat, and you already look 10x better
I would suggest that you get down to at least 10% bf - I think you'll like the way you look at that bf%. I mean the # isn't that important... I'm just thinkin you should get lean enough to where you like the way you look and then clean bulk. Don't jump the gun w/ the bulking right away either. Since you've been cutting for so long you should gradually introduce more calories to your diet, so that you don't put on a bunch of fat when you stop cutting.
You're doin awesome, bro! Keep workin hard and congratulations on how far you've come!
P.S. I'm not sure about the neck hurting thing, buddy. Sorry I couldn't help."Classic case of 'guy on the ground.'" (David Wain, Role Models)

Well, thank you, brother, and you're very welcome
About the abs... when I train my abs I keep my neck stiff in the same position throughout the movement and really concentrate on the ab contraction.
Maybe try cable crunches or an ab machine, and you can do leg raises for the lower abs - doin all those won't effect your neck."Classic case of 'guy on the ground.'" (David Wain, Role Models)

end of body for life, a big thank you to every one for your support!
Well, I've finaly finished body for life ( before and after pics a few posts above this ). I heard lots of mixed views on the prograim so I decided to give it a try for my self.
I can say that I feel that it realy is a worth while prograim to do. If i'm being honest with my self then I could of probably get slightly better resaults then I did, I probably had too many cheat days then advised.
I would like to thank every one who looked at my posts and to every one who added their comments and advice. I now feel alot better about my self. Thanks to you guys I keept going.
If any one would like any advise on the prograim please just ask me, I dont claim to be an expert but do feel that I can now give some advise on BFL now that I have completed it. It would be my way of giving somthing back.
I would now like to put another prograim to the test. I want to loose a bit more weight then I would like to try bulking up ( sensibily this time ! ) I would like to bring my shoulders out more as well as my lats and realy try to get that ' body builder look ' also try to get my abs to show more at the same time as going through the clean bulk.
If any one knows of a prograim that they are considering starting in the near future and would like some one to put it to the test first then let me know and I can give it a try and post update pics again. idealy a bulking prograim.
Thanks again to every one for their support!!!!

I personally wouldn't bulk yet, but that's my opinion. I wopuld rather bulk from a leaner starting point. I've also heard that the body puts on muscle better when around 10% bf... I dunno if that's true or not though.
It all depends on what ya want and how you wanna look... if you cut more you'll look more ripped and in shape. If you start bulking again you'll gain more muscle and fat and look bigger but not have definition, so you'll look really bulky. You'll be strong though, I'm sure.
I'm more interested in looking fit and lean... good definition... that's why I'd recommend cutting for another 2 months or so.
Good luck with your decision, buddy"Classic case of 'guy on the ground.'" (David Wain, Role Models)
