    Whats the difference between WHEY and Weight gainner

    Hey.

    What is the difference between WHEY protein powder and something like Nlarge weight gainner.????????

    Protein powder is just that protein, it has very low carbs. A weight gainer has a lot more calories protein and carbs. So a weight gainer of course is better for bulking or if you have a high metabolism. A protein drink is good to add with meals to make sure your getting adequate amounts of protein per meal.

    Hey

    Yea, wha tim doin is training on a 3 day training split with lots of endurence drills and running for submission fighting, so do you think Nlarge would be better for me to make more gains.

    Use a weight gainer

    Since it sounds like you're trying to bulk, a weight gainer would definitely help as a supplement in between regular meals. However, it's near impossible to make appreciable muscle gains while doing a lot of cardio. You could still make slow, steady gains though.
