    legs is not a muscle, the leg i made up of many muscles, quad, hams, cavles, and so on...........so where are they...........
    You have to love bodybuilding so much that you'll concentrate on a movement with enough intensity to actually convince yourself that the muscle is visibly growing with every repetition. As you pump and squeeze, you can feel it, you can see it, and you don't want to stop.

    actually i remember reading on here i believe that the fastest recovering is the bicep which recovers in like 48 hours or so and the slowest is the back which takes 100 hours or so.

    after a killer, i mean KILLER leg workout, the most my legs hurt was for 5 days....usually my legs take the longest too, like 2-3. It sucks when their really sore and you try to go up stairs....

    What everyone's opinion about......if the muscle is recovered say the biceps take 2 days, is it ok to work that muscle as soon as recovery or to only do it once a week and get max. recovery?
