i used to do the bar for incline bench and did like 3 sets of 10 with same weight. but for the past 4 weeks i have been using heavy dumbells for about 6-8 reps. i have noticed my upper chest has gotten bigger but is this helping me with strength? I want mass but i also want the strength behind it.
i try to mix a little powerlifting w/ bodybuilding.
