Chest or in that area popped.

I was doing Bent over Rows and i felt a pop in my Chest, like if i were to crack my knuckles. Shortly After i felt some pain. Now i only feel it if i turn the wrong way but its still sore.

Has anyone else experienced this??

If So how long does it last?

Yep. I have. Probably cartilage in the sternum slightly spraining. Hopefully it won't bother you in the future. Watch your breathing tempo and the extension of your back (control it) during your rows and try to prevent a reoccurrence. Hope this helps.

Pop in your chest

That has happened to me on a few occasions. But I never felt any pain afterwards.
