    5 weeks out

    people that have competed,what bodyfat% were you 5 weeks out? and how much cardio were you doing?

    at five weeks out i would say its safe to be in the 7 % range. if yoiu are higher than that will determine how much cardio you will need to do. i actually dont have to do cardio until like 2 weeks out and its just to help with striations. everyone is different as far as metabolism speed so you may need cardio a few times a week or maybe not. find out your bodyfat and gauge from there. remember if you step up cardio dont go to high just watch the scale and the mirror and see if it's helping if not step it up some more. you dont want to overdue it and lose quality muscle. also if i were you if you have to step up cardio alot take in hmb for the rest of your diet. this will help to keep from burning the muscle you have.

    I am usually in the 7-8 range. As for cardio, I will usually walk twice a day, one early in the morning and again late afternoon for 20-25 min each time.
