The reason I ask is because I done my first workout for months on monday, it was a full body workout. I had planned to do this workout 3 times per week but it is now thursday and my triceps and chest are still sore. The only exercise i done for them was bench press, I done 3 sets, the first two were to failure and the 3 was almost to failure. I am not planning on going to failure everytime i work out but i did this time so i could see what my maxes are so i can see if i improve in a few weeks.
Should I wait another 2-3 days to workout again or just do another workout but not as intense?? thanks
