    How the pro's Cut?

    Just wondering hwo the pros go through their cutting phase
    do they do a basic 40/40/20 or keto
    what supplements they use, cause i imagine it would be much more than a simple ECA stack

    The diets of most pros preparing for competition are highly regimented and attuned to their individual physiques. It would be difficult to find one system that fits everyone at that level, as they have all learned through experience over the years what works best for them.

    Cardio, supplements, and drugs vary from person to person, as well. Cutler only does 20 or so minutes of high intensity cardio 3x per week, whereas Coleman does up to 2 hrs of low intensity cardio every day when preparing for a show. Dexter traditionally does no cardio, though he did for the past Olympia and GNC shows to hit his all-time best fullness onstage.

    yup...just what Real Deal said...they have nutrition experts that manipulate their diets to the T...and they also run slin..gh..eq..winny...it all depends on the competitor
