Does Milk kill the effects of creatine or vitamins?

I've been told on numerous occasions that milk kills the effects of creatine and vitamins, I was wondering if this was true, because I do drink a lot of milk/protein powder, and was wondering if it'd be a waste to take my creatine and vitamins right after I take my milk/protein powder?
