Monday : Chest and abs, 30-40 minutes of cardio
Tuesday : Legs and 30-40 minutes of cardio
Wednesday : Back and abs, 30-40 minutes of cardio
Thursday : Shoulders and traps, 30-40 minutes of cardio
Friday : Arms, 30-40 minutes of cardio

I do 3-4 sets of 6-9 reps for everything.

I eat 5-6 meals in a day.

Supplements : Whey protein low in carbs

That is pretty much the physique I want by next year, you could be a little leaner, but I wouldn't bother with it and try to just eat very clean and lift normal. Just don't try a full out bulk to where you lose your abs, I say find the line between cutting and bulking and you will probably make slow progress over summer (but you'll look good the whole time!).
