are there any supplements that energize you without suppressing your appetite? i like the drive that supplements like ripped fuel and redline give me but i hate the fact that i can't eat as much as i need to get stronger.
can anybody help me out?

Why use a thermogenic if you don't want your appetite suppressed?
If you're looking for energy, then go with green tea or a product that contains caffeine as it's primary ingredient.

Bump. One HUGE reason ephedra makes people loose weight is because of it's appetite suppression effect. But if you don't want the product to effect appetite, then it wouldn't really be a thermogenic.Originally posted by derekmac
